With over two decades of experience in leading talent acquisition teams, I have developed a strategic and proactive approach to attracting, retaining, and developing talent across diverse industries such as aviation, retail, insurance, real estate, construction, and mining.

Throughout my career, I have observed a recurring pattern where many qualified candidates miss out on job opportunities because they struggle with properly preparing and presenting themselves. Often, professionals find it challenging to engage in genuine conversations about their performance, career goals, and the path to reaching them.
